Managed various components including Storage Tanks, Reactors, Rotary Kiln, Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (13 TPH), Spray Dryer Absorber, Bag House Filter, Wet Scrubber, ID Fan (600 HP), Lime Handling System, Screw Compressors (1050 CFM), Desiccant Dryer (600 CFM), Nitrogen Plant (400 Nm3/hr), Shredding-Mixing-Pumping system, Grabber Crane, Tilting Elevator, Cooling Tower, and Refractory Lining.
• Oversaw the implementation of a Coal Fired Boiler (3 TPH) with Air Pollution Control System.
• Managed the installation and operation of Coal Fired Hot Air Generators at Dahej (2.8 MKcal/hr) and Ankleshwar (5.6 MKcal/hr).
• Executed capacity enhancement projects for Solid Waste Processing facilities at Ankleshwar and Dahej.
