As Executive Vice President of Software Development at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), I lead the core infrastructure services - Compute, Networking, Storage, Hardware, Datacenters, Oracle Linux and Supply Chain. My focus is on building OCI’s core infrastructure and foundational services for hyperscale that delivers high-performance, great price-economics, secure, and resilient cloud solutions for enterprises worldwide. Previously, I led the Security & Developer Platform organization at OCI, overseeing the entire security business - both internal & external, cloud security, compliance, and the developer platform business unit - Containers, UI, Messaging, Observability, CI/CD. Our mission was to simplify cloud adoption for developers and enterprises while ensuring the highest standards of security, reliability, and compliance. With over 13 years in the cloud computing industry, I have a proven track record of building and launching hyperscale cloud services at both Oracle and Microsoft. I was one of the early members of the OCI team that launched Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in 2016. Before Oracle, I was part of the foundational Microsoft Azure team, contributing to the launch of core infrastructure services in 2012 and later leading the launch of Azure IaaS services under Resource Manager in 2015. I am passionate about building simple, innovative, and customer-centric cloud products and platforms that enable enterprises to accelerate digital transformation and business growth.
