• Recruited and currently lead a skilled team of developers, setting strategic directions and fostering a collaborative environment to innovate and drive project success.
• Architecting, leading the development and of Functions, including: a web-based IDE, a brand new SDK that supports 6,000+ integrations from day 1, and a secure, scalable backend for running unknown, user-submitted code.
• Took the product from idea to production in ~3 months. Functions is now in alpha. User feedback includes, "why didn't we have this sooner?"; "this is a game changer!"
• Tech stack: Python, Next.js, AWS S3, PostgreSQL, and AWS SQS and AWS Lambda.

• I was one of the earliest members of Zapier's AI R&D team, where I got to experiment with the emerging LLM products. Notable projects:
• Zapbots: I built and productionized v0 of a bot builder that allowed users to build and deploy end-user facing chatbots.
• Zapvault: I built and released Zapier's first Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) product that allowed users to upload documents and ask questions
• RAG research: Spent some time trying out various techniques to reduce hallucination, answer questions from JSONs etc. Provisional patent filed for the work done here
