About

📖 Learning and 🏗 Building. That's what drives me. I help European, African, Latin American and Asian cybersecurity companies scale into global vendors. Through BridgerWise, my advisory and consultancy firm, I work with founders and leadership teams on the strategies, go-to-market plans, partnerships, and commercial operations that turn regional players into international businesses. I also serve on the Board of Elevan Cyber, a new Value Added Distributor reshaping how cybersecurity reaches the Latinamerican and Spanish markets. I regularly share what I'm learning and building across five themes: Scaling, Leadership, Partnerships, Cybersecurity, and the people and events shaping our industry. Why I do this: I spent 25+ years in cybersecurity, first as a developer and security consultant, then leading the commercial teams at ESET, one of the few truly global European cybersecurity companies. Along the way, I built a regional business from 0 to $30M ARR, led global teams to $700M+ in billings, drove re-brandings, product launches, acquisitions, and built strategic partnerships generating billions in revenue over the years. Now I channel all of that into helping the next generation of cybersecurity companies scale, working with Whalebone, LetsData, Sendmarc, BeyGoo, TandemTrace, Xopero and others. Beyond advisory, I'm active across the European cybersecurity ecosystem: I produce and host Scaling Cyber, a podcast featuring founders, operators, investors and analysts from Europe, Africa and beyond. Through BridgerWise Research, I publish market intelligence, and through BridgerWise Events, I bring the community together. I also chair the SME2Market Working Group at ECSO (European Cyber Security Organisation) and am a member of the European Champions Alliance, supporting companies in expanding beyond their borders. Let's connect if you're building, scaling, or investing in cybersecurity. There's definitely something we can learn from each other.
