I’m an MBA (HR) student passionate about combining Human Resources with technology to build smarter and more efficient people processes. I have a strong foundation in HR operations including recruitment, payroll basics, employee engagement, and HR analytics. Alongside this, I actively explore HR technology tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Zoho People. Recently, I worked on an automation project where I streamlined data collection and reporting processes using n8n, SQL, and Power BI. This experience helped me understand how technology can significantly reduce manual effort and improve decision-making in HR.
