About

I spent 10+ years in HR watching companies make the same mistakes: good people leaving, cultures eroding, "professional development" meaning nothing. So I co-founded SkillCycle to fix it. As Co-founder, COO, and Chief Customer Officer, I scaled the company to Inc.'s Fastest Growing Companies list three years running, made Inc.'s Female Founders 250, and earned recognition from the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Americas. I built People strategies for Fortune 500 companies and startups that actually moved the needle, and not just checked compliance boxes. Now I'm Head of Community & Content at AllVoices, where I build the content, community, and thought leadership program that senior HR and People leaders actually want to engage with. Podcast. Webinars. Research. Roundtables. All of it made for CHROs, CPOs, and VPs who are tired of vendor content dressed up as insight. I've been in your seat. I know what's worth your time. I also show up as: - Podcast host: HR Voices (AllVoices) and previously HR Confessions. I've appeared on I Hate It Here, TroopHR, HR Doesn't Like You, Truth Lies and Work, Toot or Boot: HR Edition, and more. - Speaker & webinar host: Real talk about leadership, culture, AI, and what it actually takes to build organizations that don't implode - on stage, on screen, or anywhere people need someone who'll say the quiet part out loud. - Workshop design & delivery: If you need someone to build and run a session that actually changes how your people think and work, not just fills a calendar slot, let's talk. I know what works because I've done it. I know what's broken because I've fixed it. Real conversations only. No corporate speak. DM me.

Head of Community & Content

  • I host the podcast. I run the webinars. I build the community. All of it is made for senior HR and People leaders - because I've been one, and I understand how complex the HR and People world is. Real conversations, with real data, and real peers - no fluff allowed.

  • HR Confessions was the podcast for everyone who ever sat through an HR nightmare and thought "I'll be telling this story for a while."
  • As writer and host, I redesigned the format around anonymous story submissions - real workplace drama, submitted by real people who needed to get it off their chest. I'd turn the raw submissions into narrative storytelling, read them live to my co-host and guest, and let the reactions happen in real time. Equal parts therapy, comedy, and actual HR education - with commentary that reminded you why policies exist in the first place.
  • "I'm not surprised, just disappointed." - My cohost, often

  • Employee #1. Founding COO. Built the product from scratch, trusted my instincts, found the patterns, and grew the company to a $30M valuation. When we raised funding and brought in someone with more scaling experience, I moved into the Chief Customer Officer role.
  • Three years on Inc.'s Fastest Growing Companies list. Inc. Female Founders 250. Financial Times fastest-growing in the Americas.
  • The whole time, the real work was the community. Eight years deep in the problems HR leaders actually face - building alongside them, learning what they needed, making content that didn't make them want to close the tab.
  • Practitioner first. Builder second. Loudmouth third.
