I started my career at Apple. Spent years as a project engineer in construction. Then built Y Not You into a Forbes-accredited advisory firm that's worked with 1,000+ businesses across professional services and beyond. The through line in all of it: I like figuring out how things work and making them run better. As Managing Partner, I focus on the operational side. Making sure the backend doesn't fall apart while the front end grows. That means systems, AI and automation strategy, and the kind of infrastructure work that doesn't show up on a highlight reel but keeps everything else running. Over the years I rebuilt our entire operation inside Notion (CRM, invoicing, meeting notes, event planning, client records) and handed my team back hundreds of hours. Something that used to take 45-70 minutes to track down now takes 1-3 minutes. That's the kind of work I bring to client engagements. I work best with business owners and ops-minded founders who know something is broken but can't quite put their finger on what. That's usually where I start.
