• As a part of Innovaccer, I was leading the patient engagement products solving for complex workflows between patients, care coordinators/care managers, physicians.

Jan 2016 – Jun 2018 · 2 yrs 5 mos · Noida Area, India

• Following are the products that I'd worked on at TravelTriangle:
• 1) The TravelTriangle Android and iOS apps
• Increased the lead conversion ratio of the android by ~1.8x, the visitor to lead ratio ~10% and a GMV increase by 4x by bringing various features in the booking and browsing flow of the product.
• I understand various product analytics and engagement tools like Mixpanel, Clevertap, Moengage etc in good detail.
• 2) The CMS (Content Management System) which was integral for providing content across platforms for TravelTriangle.
• 3) The Weekend Getaways vertical at TravelTriangle
• Integrated the weekend getaway campaign with the existing dashboard, solved the financing, invoicing and communication through mailers/sms/pushes for the leads being created in the weekend getaways.
• Revamped the UI of the weekend getaways desktop site that has increased the visitor to lead ratio of the product by ~80%. Currently working on improving the product on the mobile site and app.
• My major responsibilities include -
• 1. Working with engineering, design and business teams in building and scaling a product.
• 2. Building top downs of how well a feature/product shall perform, and building accordingly.
• 3. Analytics of the lead and lag metrics post building a feature/product.

• Wrote a wrapper Rest API for the User Management Services for the company that would validate the token of the incoming request, transform the request understandable by Openam (the authentication server used), call the API, and perform the desired operation using the Rest Client and returns a response understandable by the User. This API is independent of the authentication server used, and helped users perform any of the CRUD operations.
• Involved an understanding, and use of Java-based platforms like Spring, Hibernate, and Rest Services. Also wrote high coverage Junit Test cases for the Product using Mockito.
• Built an automation shell script for setup of Nginx Application Server on Falcon, a Linux based OS.

• As an intern at Samsung, I worked on comparison of the various free and licensed Caching Frameworks, and compared frameworks like EhCache, MemCached and Redis for the Read/Write Speeds. Some of the tasks implemented as a part of the internship were:
• 1) Implemented a Java code for Caching using the time eviction strategy.
• 2) Understood platforms like Spring and Hibernate, and implemented second level Caching for in-Memory and Database writes.
• 3) Compared the in memory and database R/W Speeds for EhCache, MemCached and Redis on Spring. Also devised an algorithm for write behind caching on these platforms for efficient updates on the database.

• The conference saw a simulation of three UN committees, and participation of over 200 delegates from across the country.

• My major learning: The intent of any debate/discussion should not just be to win the debate, or to speak, but to listen, learn from the other person and on occasions, even change your opinion, completely different from what you had when you started :)

• Represented NSIT at the World's most prestigious Model United conference organized by Harvard University, which saw a participation of delegates from some of the best Universities across the globe.
• Was the delegate of Mexico in a double delegation committee in the Human rights council, and discussed the Third generation human rights, and the rights of non migrant workers.
