Clifford is a HR leader equipped with HR competencies developed over 25+ years in areas of starting up, stabilizing and leading HR at engineering design centres of global MNCs in India and the ASEAN region His core strengths are HR program design, HR business partnering and development of regional engineering teams with matrix and HQ based leadership. He has sensibilities to engage with leaders from diverse cultures and contrasting work styles He joined Nvidia in 2007 to lead Pune design centre and currently heads HRBP organization for India region including South East Asian countries and is on India Region HR leadership team During 15+ years at Nvidia, he led HR initiatives and setup best practices which enabled multiple phases of growth in core engineering BUs He progressed his HR career from resolving day-to-day operational challenges at site to design and launch HR programs for regions.
