Designed and implemented a USB Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)–based digital signing module for a state government public-facing portal, enabling district-level officials to digitally sign NOCs (No Objection Certificates). Built a secure local web service using .NET Core to integrate USB DSC tokens and generate legally valid digitally signed PDF documents via authenticated local APIs. The solution is actively used by 40+ district officials and public applicants, supporting 12,000+ applications within a year and contributing over ₹6 crore in revenue while significantly reducing manual workflows.
Designed and implemented a certificate-backed, PFX-based automated digital signing service for a government approval system, enabling division-level officers’ certificates to digitally sign prepared PDF documents without manual intervention. Built a background Windows service to perform unattended PDF signing with protected access to PFX private keys and controlled execution of signing operations, streamlining approval workflows and reducing processing time by a substantial margin.
Designed and delivered secure Android mobile applications for 4 government web portals after earlier PWA-based approaches failed security evaluations. Used a native Android app approach to avoid workaround-driven solutions, resolving security audit observations by design and enabling secure, audit-approved mobile access.
