In 2008, after completing my post-graduation in Quantitative Economics, I joined RSA group as a Trainee Analyst. Here, I started learning about how to use Statistics and Mathematics to solve business problems and deal with uncertainties. During my time here, I held various roles within RSA. Currently, I am supporting my team by understanding complex insurance data, with the objective of developing an analytics strategy to provide the best services to our global customers. Over the years, I have also learned how to manage compliance, risk, and finance within a project team. I am a trained Data Scientist, and a believer in 'clear strategy – clear outcome'. I love solving complex data problems. But what truly gives me immense pleasure is seeing my team members succeed in their careers.
