• 100minds is a volunteer-run, non-profit organisation, founded in 2013, that brings together some of Ireland’s top students and connects them with one cause to achieve big goals in a short space of time. 100minds was created by, and is run by, a small group of young professionals in Dublin.
• How 100minds works is simple – by taking a group of Ireland’s most entrepreneurial and proactive students and challenging them to raise €1,000 each, this year we have set ourselves the goal of collectively generating €150,000 in just 100days. Every cent of the money raised will be donated to our chosen charities for the year: Barnardos and Blossom Ireland.
• In its first year running, 100minds accepted 100 participants from Dublin’s biggest colleges. Between November to February €138,000 was raised for Temple Street Children’s Hospital (smashing the €100,000 target).
• As a 100minds Mentor, my role is to work with a group of the students, guiding and supporting them to reach their €1,000 fundraising target. This role also includes broader support such as career guidance (CV/Job application tips) and help with networking.

• Managed the smooth running of campaigns, liaising directly with the clients including Chase bank, Sheraton hotels and Dunkin Donuts
• Fully responsible for training and managing the promotions teams of twenty brand ambassadors
