With 15+ years’ experience across the full spectrum of mobile technology evolution—from early field trial drive tests to senior management of large-scale protocol engineering teams—I have led and shaped the integration, verification and delivery of state-of-the-art modem solutions at MediaTek. My career has spanned hands-on testing, global cross-vendor inter-operability (NVIOT) with top network labs (Nokia, Ericsson, USA/Canada/France), and solving Tier-1 customer challenges through advanced troubleshooting and “out-of-the-box” design thinking. Today, as Senior Manager steering AS/NAS 4G/5G functional engineering group, I drive innovation and ensure uncompromising quality across LTE/NR RRC, NAS (EMM, Call, SMS, Cell Broadcast), and support all product verticals including Smartphones, Thin Modems, CPEs, and Smartwatches.
