1. Revised Delivery Date Prediction: Designed and implemented a system to predict revised delivery dates for delayed packages — achieving 90% accuracy while covering 60% of major US carrier volume.
2. EU/UK Shipment Reconciliation: Built a continuous reconciliation system to detect misdeclared shipments across import and export nodes — helping improve compliance and reduce operational inefficiencies.
3. Sub-Same Day Delay Detection: Designed a system to detect and predict delays for sub same-day deliveries by integrating hourly granularity into existing platforms. Also proposed a forward-looking architecture supporting even finer granularity (as low as 10-minute windows).
