  • Methodology – Worked with the ground team to identify areas with poor network quality in North West Delhi. Reports generated using TEMS were further analyzed based on KPI’s (like call drop, voice traffic, data traffic, etc.). The results of the analysis were used for implementing physical optimization of the towers situated in those areas.
  • Results:
  • 11.3% and 12% increase in 3G voice and data traffic respectively
  • 9.5% and 10.7% increase in 3G voice and data traffic respectively
  • 15.4 % increase in 4G data traffic
  • 13.10% and 18.10% improvement in 2G and 3G Voice Drop Call Rate

  • Retail – Worked with 7 Vodafone Stores across Delhi and Noida, to do an RCA for Postpaid Sales Rejection. Based on the analysis few of my suggestions were successfully implemented in Delhi circle to improve postpaid sales.
