• Being held to the same KPI's as a Technical Recruiter, simultaneously lead a team of 2 Recruiting Associates in the US, overseeing daily job assignments, collaboration with the Senior Recruiters, as well as growth and progression towards Technical Recruiter title.
• Traveled to Bala Cynwood, Pennsylvania to assist in a 5 day training course of 10 Recruiting Associates who were from across the US. Responsible for training on Monster, Boolean searches, resume formatting, process of qualifying candidates, phone dialog, interview preparation and technical training.
• Assisted in the development and revamp of the Recruiting Associate Development Program, a three-phase, 6 months to a yearlong training program driving recent college graduates to succeed in a corporate environment.
• Responsible for revamping the Process of Qualifying Candidates document, assisting new RA's on the in's and out's on how to communicate with candidates properly.
• Assist with the 8 other Recruiting Associates located across the US.
• Responsible for reviewing metrics and quality of candidates found; track and report team activities to upper management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Facilitated weekly meetings to discuss priorities, requisition coverage and KPI's
