• Redesigned a Legacy application after Identifying the bottleneck in the Content Publishing Platform by applying architecture principles and thereby accelerating the content publishing process and providing a savings of $1M YOY for a major Content Acquisition and Publishing Organization
• Developed a Rules Engine that handles hundreds of combinations of load transitions and is easily extensible to support new transition types and future publishing pathways by abstracting the load transition types after a detailed study of the legacy Content Loading Application .
• Identified and deployed a team of 150 people that successfully transitioned the Application and Maintenance of 10 assets each having one or more applications to Tech Mahindra from a Content Publishing Giant maintaining service levels.
• Designed to customize the application for new markets, without impact to existing ones, understanding each of their unique business processes and launched the application in Six International markets such as US, CA, UK, Ireland, Denmark and Belgium for an Auto Major based in Sweden
• Launched the new Ordering System in six international markets on time including migration of live car orders, without any data loss, spearheading projects worth $900K USD
• Built two critical SOA based applications defining their Application Interface Contracts with interfacing systems, that enabled a Railroad Major based in Sydney to measure the performance of their private partner and maintain the service levels and safety standards for their customers
• Drove the monthly release of the Application Platform Services – developed an architectural framework that published the functional API consumed by proprietary web applications as well as by content publishing applications for the maintenance of the websites of a major International Bank
