Daniela Andrade — Co-Founder
Hey, I’m Daniela! I’m a recent Harvard graduate with a joint degree in Neuroscience and Philosophy, which basically means I’m obsessed with how people think, feel, and make decisions. I use that curiosity, combined with strategy, storytelling, and science, to help women build products that grow with intention, impact, and truly last. At Harvard, I served as Co-President of Harvard Undergraduate Women in Entrepreneurship (WiE) and helped grow it from a small student club into a national network of 1,000+ members across 15+ universities. We raised over $20,000 in sponsorships to fund grants for female student founders and hosted events with the women shaping the future of entrepreneurship and VC. Under my leadership, Harvard Undergraduate Women in Entrepreneurship was awarded Harvard’s Student Organization of the Year in 2025, and I was honored with the Harvard Women’s Leadership Award. By building Harvard WiE in public and sharing opportunities, insights, and stories about female founders, creators, and investors, I organically grew my LinkedIn following of 50,000+ and reached over 6.8 million impressions. I also launched Her Hustle, the first newsletter community dedicated to spotlighting female student founders worldwide. It now reaches 11,000+ subscribers who tune in weekly for female founder stories, funding news, and opportunities. Subscribe here: https://www.herhustle.telilabs.com/ My work has always centered on women, specifically women’s health. I’ve worked on several ventures, including: Resolution, an AI product lab helping women manage lifestyle stressors before they turn into doctor visits, where I’m currently the Founding Head of Growth. Teli, which I co-founded as a talent marketplace connecting women in college and recent graduates to opportunities at high-growth startups. MAMAMUSE™, which I co-founded as a platform offering a censorship-free alternative to mainstream media, centered on advancing communication and commerce in women’s reproductive and sexual health. Now I help female founders, investors, and executives master their LinkedIn personal brand into a growth engine. Most women aren’t underestimated because they lack experience. They’re underestimated because their LinkedIn speaks first, before they ever do. Your profile is your first pitch, your first impression, your first filter. You don’t need 10,000 followers to make an impact. You just need content that’s relevant, authentic, and consistent. That’s where I come in!
