•  Brainstorm with Project Initiators, writers and team members on how to best achieve goals of projects.

•  Plan facility resources to create an effective approach to CG work.
•  Create a detailed short to medium term plan for supervisors and executing artists.

•  Manage the day-to-day operation of departments assigned. Monitor daily movement of shots in those departments.
