• My experience in Paytm has revolved around making financial offerings accessible to SMSEs, vendors, and smaller merchants. My ideologies have always synced with that of Paytm - building the product from ground up. Hence, I have contributed extensively on Market Research, User Insights, Funnel Data Analysis, and finally, designing accessible products which help us move the metrics.
• Although my focus has been on Merchant Ecosystem - to be precise I have contributed in the following products
• Paytm for Business (Core Merchant App)
• Paytm Payments (Flagship consumer product)
• Paytm Loans (Both Personal and Business loans)
• My daily responsibilities include :-

• Collaborate with Product and Sales team to learn about the feedback from merchants
• Actively participated in user research, market research, A/B testing, and on-site user interviews
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and senior management to conceptualise product experience and strategy.
• Work with product and tech teams to solve for product implementation
• Conduct design and testing reviews before shipping the code to production
