• Designed and developed a balance-sharing feature allowing liquidators to use a common escrow account, reducing the customer onboarding process from 1 month to 1 week. Integrated this solution into key workflows like payment, remittances, asset/liability management, and inventory planning.
• Designed and developed a partial-credit-note feature to undo the invoices. Leveraged agile methodologies, con- trolled prod testing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful user acceptance testing and on-time delivery, demonstrating strong project management skills.
• Developed a cron job on AWS-Lambda that scans through all the seller’s selections from the UI and updates the backend database. This project automated the process of accepting and updating the sellers liquidation preferences.
• Upgraded legacy payment connectors with banks to a new, more secure version, reducing costs by 10 %. Conducted migration, beta testing, and production A/B testing with zero downtime. Shared insights to enhance connector reliability across the organisation.
• Identified and fixed misconfigured payment connectors which had caused failures in seller payments worth Rs 1M, and led the security review for the new connector setup.

• Designed and developed a centralized web-page that provided an overview of all refund transactions of a customer. This enabled both business and technical teams to quickly access and analyze refund details, improving efficiency.
• Automated an ETL pipeline to sync data from the database to a data warehouse, reducing manual effort and enabling self-service analytics. I evaluated different approaches to optimize cost and security.
• Onboarded dependencies required for the re-architecture of the inventory planning workflow. My responsibilities included writing source code for dependency integration, authoring unit tests, conducting beta testing, and carrying out production deployment.
