• Worked with the Voice Applications Group in Cisco:
• Worked on developing a highly scalable Web Service supporting a highly available architecture for the Cisco Unified Communications portfolio.
• Pioneered, designed & engineered the Web 2.0 APIs using REST based web services.
• Drove the API development from the get go. Keeping in mind scalability, backward & forward compatibility, usability and the works.
• As part of the API development, designed a new JSON based query language to expose query functionality of the underlying database.
