• Contributing to the newly launched AI and Data Platform (AIDP) product, providing customers with the power of end-to-end data orchestration, with unified governance
• Implemented the extractor component to automatically detect Hive and Delta tables present in object storage locations, and populate the AIDP catalog
• Designed an end-to-end spark pipeline with optimal partition strategies to read metadata as a dataframe, from both file based sources and relational databases
• Developing the initial framework and discussing the low level design for the data lineage feature in AIDP, in order for customers understand the passage of their data through notebooks, workflows and agent flows

• Working as part of the Data Catalog team, which is a metadata extraction and management service on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Contributed to the Data Lineage feature, which helps customers track the flow of their data from source to target, along with any applied transformations. Worked in the parsing of lineage metadata payloads to properly ingest them into the backend repository. Also designed the lineage automation suite from scratch.
• Added support in the Scheduler micro service to schedule metadata scan jobs at minute level frequencies.
• Led the effort to migrate the compile time and runtime JDK to java 17.
• Implemented Asynchronous delete of metadata scan jobs to prevent gateway timeouts.
• Remediated multiple security vulnerabilities taking help of the Fortify audit workbench tool to perform static code analysis.
