• Talent Continuum (SuccessFactors Integration): Collaborated with cross functional teams to integrate 250+ offer fields into SuccessFactors, designing the Offer Transaction Microservice API with optimized calls to SF APIs and enhanced field mappings. Led daily cross team working sessions to address gaps, resolve integration issues, and ensure alignment with aggressive TC timelines.
• Spearheaded the Secure Future Initiative (SFI) across critical services, automating managed identity creation and migrating 219+ message subscriptions from legacy auth to MSI-based authentication, eliminating 550+ secrets.
• Envisioned and designed a central analytics dashboard using PowerBI which helps to review Live Site reports and ARP (availability, reliability and performance) metrics along with engineering health for all the engineering teams in HR India space.
• Designed and Developed integrated technical screening experience for Recruiters by integrating SaaS Assessment platform (Codility) with our current Applicant tracking system (iCIMS). This empowers recruiters and talent sourcers to screen talent early in the requirement cycle, saving 244 recruiter-weeks and 1,901 hiring team weeks annually.
• Designed and Developed cascade framework to support cascading updates for hierarchical entities in Demand Planning tool using Chain of Responsibility and Sequential Convoy patterns. The tool enables requisition automation for University recruitment.

• Envisioned and designed the operations dashboard for Recruiting Platform integrations and Hiring Manager Experiences team using PowerBI and Azure Dashboards, which enables service monitoring self-serve experience for stakeholders and engineers to analyze potential issues, improvements and helps in identifying hotspots in production.
• Updated legacy codebase for Recruiting Platform adapters to resolve performance issues by implementing async TPL library with zero post-production issues. Previous asynchronous implementations caused deadlocks, and this implementation was long over due.
• Developed Azure Data Factory pipelines which helps in reducing manual data management, improves data security and governance for business users by enabling self serve reporting in Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) space.
• Developed and deployed a "Proactive Alerting" microservice which helps in proactively monitoring all the user and engineering scenarios in Recruiting Platform Integration services. This lead to reduction in support tickets and greater customer satisfaction.
• Lead the Job Title Taxonomy (JTT) redesign efforts in Recruiting Platform Integrations which helped to eliminate the maintenance of over 19M JTT combinations in an external SaaS system (iCIMS). Also owned supporting the testing by business team which has resulted in acceptance from business to roll this enhancement.
