• Our team has been working on a project that aims at obtaining a valid set of DNA contigs based on Machine Learning models on the reads accepted. The project also aims at comparing the same with the possible contigs to be generated using various existing algorithms and our own algorithm to improve on the efficiency of the same.
• Studied the Genome Assemblers including the Graph-based k-mers Approach for base-pair matching and PERGA models on GGS metrics.
• Designed and built an algorithm to extract the high frequency reads from the read set and assembled the same for repetitive sequences.
• Analysed various Genome evaluation metrics including N50, N90, and LIA and worked with frameworks and APIs for the quality checks on our generated contigs.
• Extracted the valuable parameter values from the DNA subsequences and used them to train ML and NLP models (including BERT and RoBERTa).

• Studied and analysed the daily logs of the Swiggy app to extract patterns of complex events relating to refund and order-cancellation cases

• Designed a SQL-based database to hold data temporarily received enabling an easy visualisation and querying of the same for other teams
