• Big Data Analysis on 3D Printer
• Optimized 3D printer performance by analyzing large-scale sensor data using big data ecosystems. Employed polynomial regression and statistical analysis to identify key parameters and their interdependencies, directly contributing to improved product quality.
• Damage Detection from Vibration Data
• Developed a real-time damage detection system that analyzes vibration signatures from industrial equipment. Converted time-domain sensor data to FFT signals to monitor performance degradation and automatically trigger alerts (alarms, emails) when predefined thresholds were exceeded. This system was used to identify and diagnose common equipment faults like bearing defects and shaft misalignments.
• Teaching Assistant: Mechanical Vibrations
• Mentored students in advanced mechanical vibrations concepts, guiding them through lab experiments using sensors (accelerometers, impact hammers) and NI LabVIEW. Supported data analysis, project ideation, and problem-solving for real-world vibration challenges, fostering practical skills and critical thinking.
