• Responsible for all Processing & Dispatch department operations of Snapdeal Warehouse Gurgaon.
•  Managing all orders in Northern region for distributing the goods to as per business requirement.
•  Co-ordinate with Transport team to dispatch all orders (received through Online Portal or company website) on time.
•  Responsible for minimize the rate of cancelled Order which can be due to Short inventory, Product mismatch, wrong product delivered or delay in order delivery.
•  Ensuring 100% Outward QC of all the product
•  Minimize the cases of WPD ( Wrong Product Dispatch )
•  Handling per day 10-15k Orders of the online customer.
•  Handling 100 employees team of processing & dispatch dept.
•  Ensure the Order processing SLA as per SOP.
•  Execution of all Packing & outward operations functions as per the business requirement.
•  Ensure the customer satisfaction on the service level.
•  Managing the transportations as per business requirement.
•  Ensuring smooth warehouse outward operations i.e. Packing, Outward QC, Shorting & Dispatch, as per SOP.
•  Co-ordinate with Centralized team of packaging material of smooth operations ,
•  All necessary documentation and record updating (Daily/Weekly Monthly).
•  To ensure proper Safety, Security, EHS Implementation, Housekeeping etc.,
•  Inventory Management of packaging material.
•  Cycle count of all packaging material.
•  Manpower Training & Deployment.
•  Vendor Coordination
