Ghananil started in Intel as software architect to develop software testing framework for very complicated data center distributed computing software. Soon after that ghananil has took up manager position for this team. Started with just 4 testing engineers he has developed this team to 18 testing engineers (including interns) and 7 developers. After stabilizing the QA team Ghananil also started the development co-owning software development with Israel team. This team is now responsible for ~14 world class product validation with 99% automation. Team has home grown functional test framework in Java and performance testing framework in Java. Team has many papers in Intel conferences and few in outside Intel conference, including IEEE paper. Development team is now responsible for delivering 3 products from India team.

In symphony I have worked on various projects in retail analytics software and internal tool development. I have started with JETSCAN, a OLAP engine for binary datawarehouse in C++.
Then I moved to Perl and SQL programming for Loalty Analytics project. After sucessful completion of the product I have moved to ILD (liquid data) platform. During this phase we started handling team and engaged with various tool development for the platform.
The last assignment was a analytic solution for retail manufactures like CONAGRA, DOLE, ANHBUSCH etc.. I have single handedly build the framework for the datamart creation and loading process. This enabled flowless integration of new clients into solution with a very minimal changes.
