• Contributed to control-plane microservices responsible for managing the lifecycle of Thoughtspot tenant clusters.

• Built a data pipeline that efficiently collects and process large volumes of cost and product usage reports from Tenant clusters, ingesting them into Snowflake.

• Contributed to logging infrastructure for services running in Kubernetes clusters and tenant VMs.
• Developed a cron job to autoscale the Elasticsearch instance based on free space, ensuring optimal performance and preventing disk space exhaustion.

• Automated the creation of data sources, dashboards, alerts in grafana for AWS and GCP projects, enabling seamless metric export upon new account/project creation.
