• Architected and implemented a $1/month AWS data pipeline with a 1-click process for the client’s data scientist to pull in survey data into Tableau with an emphasis on easy maintainability for non-technical administrators.
• Ensured on-schedule project completion by taking over critical data pivoting lambda necessary to prep data for Tableau after client’s data analysts could not complete the work, necessitating learning Python in 2 days to complete and integrate.

• Projects include a 10,000 SF Fred Segal multi-phase retail project, 5,000sqft KITH retail TI, Valley Outreach Synagogue, a Phillip Lim retail store and several advertising agency headquarters stationed in Southern California and Dallas, TX.
• Coordinate closely with project manager, consultants and subcontractors to create Permit and Construction sets. Coordinated with the city through plan check correction process through to getting the permit.
• Work side by side with the project manager in construction administration duties such as processing submittals, RFIs, and job walks.
• Increased efficiency of rendering workflow by creating streamlined materials, program settings, and implementing a local render farm. These changes decreased rendering time from 5 hours to approximately 40 minutes per image.
