• Sprinklr is a customer experience management platform. I worked on their Java based backend microservices which helped clients access, manage and interact with all the data provided by social media channels on one platform. I integrated new channels using Java and MongoDB, which would expose data collection APIs provided by that channel and I also added more functionality to interact with data provided by already existing channels.

• My goal was to come up with a way for Abusive Language Detection in tweets.
• First I developed a Word2Vec model such that a vector for given word not only represented semantic information but also emotional information.
• I used Convolutional Neural Networks as my basic model but the word vectors were trained during training of model because I wanted vectors to have emotional similarity.
• After crossing baseline of traditional statistical methods, I tried to increase the accuracy to beat state of the art for other neural networks using emotional information.

• Worked on their server called Heimdall which looks after spam, plagiarism or offensive content. My responsibility was to make it’s
• interface more efficient and secure.
• Mongodb was used to store the post related data and user data was called from main server whenever needed.
• I worked on both front-end and back-end as per requirement of the task. I used JavaScript and AngularJS for frontend and python for back-end.
