• With the opportunities endowed upon me under the guidance of GISCLE Sytems, I managed to expand my knowledge spectrum by completing the following projects:
• Crowd Annotation
• Building a MATLAB script that generates ground truth density driven .mat files, compatible with standard crowd counting datasets like ShanghaiTech and UCF, corresponding to head annotations provided on crowd images for training and testing popular crowd counting models
• Crowd Counting
• Building an end to end deep learning model that can count the number of people in various scenarios of varying crowd densities
• Object Counting
• Adapting the YOLO object detection darknet model for the purpose of counting eight different classes of objects, which are typically encountered in Indian road scenarios, by adding additional scripts and training the detection model with the corresponding configuration file
• Web Service APIs for designed AI models
• Designing the restful APIs for crowd counting and object counting deep learning models to serve the students and active researchers without any monetary benefits
