My childhood habit of extensive reading and my ability to deeply analyze problems naturally steered me toward the legal profession. It was a path not previously pursued by anyone in my immediate family, which brought its own challenges. However, I thoroughly enjoyed discovering the law both during my law school years and thereafter. Early in my career, I realized my inclination toward commercial and civil dispute resolution, which led me to work with a few law firms after graduating and gaining experience in this. To further strengthen my understanding and pursue my interest in exploring the law in greater depth, I also completed an LLM in corporate law. Having gained diverse experience over the years, I now serve as an in-house lawyer, where I work extensively on contract drafting and review, while also engaging closely with commercial litigation, corporate affairs and internal advisory. This role allows me to apply my legal skills in a dynamic business environment and contribute meaningfully to strategic decision-making. In my free time, I can often be found reading about emerging financial markets and other concepts shaping modern society.
