• I was engaged with the research and innovation team in the organisation. A major part of my role was concerned with the creation of Design Systems and RFPs (Request for Proposal). I conducted research on newly emerging technologies and design trends to present innovative project ideas and concepts for existing and potential clients.
• As a User Experience Designer, my job involved conducting research (primary and secondary); data compilation and analysis; development of personas, user journey maps, information architecture and task flows; ideation and brainstorming; wireframing; and user testing. I also worked on visual design; prototyping; and interaction design for some clients.
• I have worked on projects across different domains like- Retail and E-commerce; Banking, Financial Service and Insurance (BFSI); Manufacturing companies and other B2B businesses; Travel and Hospitality; Public Sector; and Life Sciences.

• I worked with Fractal ink Design Studio as part of my thesis/capstone project. The brief of the project was to transform an Employee-HR Portal for one of India's leading banks and its subsidiaries, to aid the internal functioning and the backend operations within the bank by providing a seamless Employee Experience (EE) and helping them stay engaged and be collaborative through this portal.
• I worked on 10+ modules as part of the project. I was associated with the User Experience Design of the portal and my role involved creation of task flows and user flows; ideation and brainstorming; developing the Information Architecture; and wireframing.
• As a requirement of the thesis/capstone, I also conducted secondary research; created a new visual design and style guide; and charted out the interaction model, value proposition and future scope of the project, which helped me deliver better designs and solutions to the client as well.

I studied the patterns, trends and future perspectives of the food and beverages industry using the ZMET (Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique) research method.
