I'm an SDE-1 Backend Engineer at Zepto. Although my work experience (including the internship experience) is over an year now, I am just starting to understand how much I am yet to learn. Tech is very interesting. It has always been that way for me, the only difference now is that I've started to think at scale and micro service levels. Kafka, Temporal, Cron, Postgres, Go, there's so much I've learnt, but theres magnitudes more for me to learn. I am learning at a great pace at Zepto and I wish to keep growing with my smart colleagues who keep me on my toes. The ownership of features you build really helps. I'm learning not only about tech, but also about the several other aspects of being a software engineer. That's all there is to me. A person who was introduced to web dev by curiosity and is now even more curious to understand it all. PS: This isn't AI slop.
