• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop the Coupon Code Offer feature. Implemented backend APIs to showcase coupon information on store and checkout pages. Finalized API contracts with the APP team (Android & iOS) and clarified business requirements with the product team.
• Optimised various user facing APIs for marketing campaigns including ads during IPL. Data required by various APIs on the user app were precomputed to scale the system during traffic bursts
• Redesigned the catalog serving layer to handle higher throughput requests with lower latency. The new APIs were called for widgets on the home page and to load category pages within the user app

• Implemented the Global Search feature which allowed users to directly view products/variants from home page search. This framework and APIs were extended and reused for in-store search and subsequently for Dunzo Daily home page search. Achieved 28% relative upside in Global Search funnel conversion (Search Initiated to Task Raised)
• Implemented custom tag feature on the Store Listing Page which highlighted the trending stores, user favourites, stores with the best item selection etc
• Part of the backend team that worked on launching the Dunzo Daily (dark store) model and features related to it on the home page.
• Implemented backend APIs for the Product Display Page which were used by Android, Ios and Web UI
• Developed various features to improve merchant order processing speed and quality. Some of the features were around QC images, adding new states like packing to have clear separation of responsibility for pickers, packers in the store.
