• Lead a team of 3 engineers to develop, and deliver an LLM-based email generation feature, empowering

• Streamlined case and conversation resolution by building an Article Recommendation system based on Melvis DB. Also built functionality like text highlighting to further improve agent experience.
• Significantly decreased the Cost to serve of our agent recommendations service by reducing ML pipeline runs from 800 daily to less than 300. Revamped critical code path in the multi tenant architecture that resulted in decrease in customer investigations from over 20 to less than 10 in a month, thus improving the operational efficiency of the team.
• Drove the effort of introducing multi language support for our gen-ai feature. Worked with product teams and cross-functional teams like globalization to come up with various requirements. I delivered it end to end from design to release phase. This helped us release the product in EMEA and JAPAN regions and onboard 2000+ new B2B customers.
• Assumed additional responsibilities, including serving as a member of the hiring team for Future Force and acting as the Scrum Lead for the team.
