• Building a WealthTech platform to empower financial advisors by offering access to valuable industry resources, multi products transaction and advisory.
• Responsible for tech design of Life Insurance Product. Helping policy distributors to manage their policies.
• Designed and supervised features to access and share advisory modules like Newsletter, Resource and Factsheets. Designed User Preference framework to allow personalization of app for subscribers.
• Designed features like Global Investment Withdrawal, placing Mutual Fund and Equity Basket Orders from Client Portfolio section.
• Built services for Mutual fund Transaction processing, daily holding computation and generating historical holdings.
• Scaled holding generation process by 5x using partitioning, better batching process and concurrency control. Total transaction processed were 50M+
• Built Interfaces for integration with BSE, Smallcase and Stockal. Developed services for user creation, order placement and scheduled status checks with these platforms.
• Built backend for user creation journey on partner platforms which included REST API's, generating pre-filled Account Opening forms, integration with approval workflow, Async submissions and status check jobs.
• Mentored all new entrants to the team. This has helped them onboard quickly and work independently.
• Initiated automation of testing by writing unit tests. This was replicated in all components through out the platform and has helped immensely in reducing regression and faster release to production. Made significant contribution towards common utility Lambda layer for code reuse and faster development.
