• Design and Development of ReST APIs and UI to support Diversity, Inclusion and Equity feature. Which was presented by Leoforce Marketing team in HR Conf Tech 2021.
• Improved reliability, maintainability and correctness of customer accounts via Client Onboarding Application. Which alleviated the pain of support engineer in maintaining too many configurations in excel sheets.

• On-boarded 6 people in our team. Almost all college hires. Ensured that they understand the system well and start taking the tasks in a span of 3 months.
• Completed POC for Customer, Address and Contact Matching Solution using Apache Solr.
• Design, development and primary POC for a feeder/consumer that creates customers who take Oracle Cloud Subscriptions. This Api is used to create Oracle Cloud Customers both enterprises and Individual Customers.
• Identified and improved performance of certain validations on DB level using Materialised views and other optimisation techniques. Best case response time improved 4 folds and worst case improved multi folds. The optimisation was so impactful that request which was taking 1+ min to get validated took 500ms (max) after optimisation was deployed.
• Improved performance of non-critical Api's by converting them into Async mode. Multifold performance improvement.
• Design and development of Retry Framework.
• We had an enabler api, which is the endpoint for all customer creations, used by different systems operating from different networks/groups.
• It was our responsibility to call a set of api's in way, if they break in between or time out in between, the responsibility was with us(i.e the enabled Api as Customer Management Data team) to retry and send the response to the back to the caller(In this case its the other systems depending on us for Customer Creation).
• Was the primary contributor for this api. Functionality was available for a set of 5 different systems and designed in such a way that it was extendable to any new system via additional config without needing a new build.
• Core Features:
• 1. Auto retry with polynomial time delay between retries. With retries configurable.
• 2. Response delivery to the consumer who calls our api in case the transaction goes into Async.
• 3. OAuth authentication for all feeders.
• 4. Request for manual closure in case of retries exceeding maximum configured count.
