  • Pre-IPO/IPO Experience: I was a crucial player in Mellanox's successful IPO in February 2007. As part of the pre-IPO process, I was a key member of the meetings’ scheduling team working directly with the bankers, lawyers, as well I managed and arranged all the logistics related to CEO, CFO, and the Investor Relations’ team travel.
