• Contributed to design on the user app while continuing to lead the delivery partner and D4B ecosystems
• Increased the order turns per reusable bag (to save on packaging cost) used at Dunzo Daily stores by providing a better tracking system for the bags on the delivery partner app
• Reduced the stockout during high demand scenarios by providing a flow for utilising B2B delivery partners for B2C orders
• Increased the average order value for Dunzo daily orders by with the introduction of cross-sell and upsell recommendation widgets on the search and product pages

• Continued leading the design for D4B ecosystem while also contributing to design projects on the delivery partner experience, keeping constant collaboration with a cross-functional and leadership team
• Unlocked more merchant activations for D4B leading to higher revenue
• Reduced the contact rate between delivery partners and support agents with the introduction of partner-initiated order rejects / reattempts
• Introduced new incentive schemes for delivery partners and provided fuel payouts in order to increase their supply hours which resulted in the cost per transaction to decrease.

• Single handedly led the design for the B2B vertical (D4B) where I worked on ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for our dashboard users, continuously making improvements by conversing with them directly and learning about their needs
• Set up the design system for D4B and B2C web which helped make our design process much more efficient
• Revamped the D4B landing page catering to diverse set of businesses which bumped up conversion rate
• Worked on improving the activation and completion rate post sign up with multiple improvements to the dashboard
• Collaborated with the user research team to conduct multiple user studies and understand their pain points and usage of the D4B dashboard and to test out features that were designed
• Actively participated in the design sprint where I teamed up with another designer to work on a specific product idea and presented it to the entire org
