• Blinkit is one of India's largest online supermarkets for groceries and household products, operating in more than 30 cities. I worked as a full-stack developer to build and maintain the overall Ads service, from auctioning assets on our in-house bidding platform to the targeting of Ads on the Blinkit App.
• Led the front-end development and re-architecture of the Blinkit Ads platform. Planned and executed a complete re-write of the application with a focus on code maintainability and quality.
• On the backend, I helped architect the Ads platform to handle city-level targeting and auctioning of monetized assets. Designed and implemented a rule engine to obtain a more fine-grained control over auction creation and gain more flexibility over serving Ads on the Blinkit App.
• Acted as the SCRUM master to drive bi-weekly sprint planning and task estimation activities.

Developed a sophisticated end-to-end slot-filling system aiding the emergency call center operators in being more productive and efficient at work while reducing the erroneous data entries leveraging techniques of spoken language understanding. The project involved the curation of a custom dataset from thousands of emergency call audio files. The language model was wrapped into an API using flask with an average response time of 0.8s.
• 2. Designed and Developed a rich Transcription based editor integrating the re-speak and speech APIs allowing the user to communicate directly with the Automatic Speech Recognition system (ASR) into a web based service for post transcription processing. Improved the audio waveform load times by almost 50% by implementing a in-browser caching mechanism allowing faster load times of large audio files (1hour+) on low-bandwidths

• Indus Valley Partners is one of the largest fintech firms building technological solutions for alternative asset managers and supports over $3.6 trillion AUM through its products. Over the summer as an intern, I was responsible for developing a build monitoring system to manage client builds and respond to any sudden failures with real-time updates. I was actively involved in discussions related to databases and data schemas to be used.
• In addition, I was responsible to choose the tech-stack to be used and went ahead with using ReactJS to build the front-end with using electron to package it into a cross-platform desktop application. I collaborated with different teams such as the Design and Backend teams for UI mockups and APIs giving me an overall understanding of building a product end-to-end.

• Worked on building an efficient document retrieval algorithm on natural language search queries. I prototyped a text summarizer using the TF-IDF algorithm and a text classifier using recurrent neural networks to generate document tags. Used fuzzy logic on the query to retrieve recommendations for a better user experience.

• Hasura is a GraphQL API service over SQL databases, with one of the fastest GraphQL engines on the planet. As an intern, I worked on their core product - GraphQL engine, to add new features and resolve existing ones to make the engine more robust. I worked a lot on the UI of their GraphQL dashboard wherein users can manage and visualize their databases and has an editor for writing and testing out graphql queries. Additionally, I wrote boilerplates in ReactJS for new users to get started with using Hasura's GraphQL service and wrote extensive documentation for the features added.
