• Developed a software which acts as a communication bridge between an embedded system (Programmable Logic Controller) and warehouse control system through which all the aspects can be controlled and analyzed with pinpoint precision. It facilitates the efficient movement of cartons on conveyors. Technologies used were Java and MSSql.
• Developed a speech recognition software using Microsoft Speech Services in .NET/C#. Was able to incorporate the Indian accent based on the phonetic spelling of the words for native English speakers. Accuracy was ~95%.
• Designed algorithms for the synchronised movement of robots in a warehouse. Implemented various techniques like A* search, priority-based scheduling, locking mechanism in python.
• Assisted in the development of warehouse automation technology Pick To Light,
• Implemented a method for partial picking of items.
• Developed a predictive model to figure out how long a specific configuration will take to process a set of tasks. Used methods like linear regression, support vector regression. Accuracy was ~80%.
