My work profile revolves around multiple platform which has inculcated through my career, from CGI lighting artist to Vfx/CG Supervisor. I have had the opportunity to work in all possible mediums for over 13 years and has produced iconic movies , tv series , commercial ,and special venue media creations. Having worked in every creative and technical driven pipeline, including Vfx post production houses, agencies and clients. This has empowered me to better understand show challenges and how creative thinking can be applied to ensure the vision on the screen. I am a creative geek, passionate and sincere person, dedicated towards my work which I love the most. Being into CG industry is like diving into sea with enough deep knowledge of swim off, cross every huddle and get ready for another. Every project comes with their own challenge and possibility of making it enough visually stunning with the client expectations to be fulfilled and that is where the true challenge starts for me. It has been a great experience and journey so far, to work closely with different Art directors, Supervisors and Creative personals, fulfill their expectations. I have belief in myself which always inspires me to showcase my creativity that never ends or die.

Work closely with the CG Supervisor and the film Director to define the lighting levels and bring out the required broadcast quality output.
Communicating with Art Director and clients for various projects, estimating the quality level and hence work closely with the compositing lead and manage the quality bar as expected.
Simultaneously, keep myself updated with the latest technology and skills to improvise the level and quality of output generated.
Creatively find required solutions for complex shots, adding creative and technical inputs leading the team and taking the overall sequence responsibility.Take the ownership for the team working closely with the sequence and show producer, planning the shot delivery for the week.
Supervising and leading the Lighting team, guiding them for the overall look and feel of the output. Regularly hold dailies with the team, provide them inputs to improvise the quality where required.
Make sure the shot and sequence is completed within the provided time and deadline.
Making sure no production deadlines are missed hence taking the leadership of the team and plan the projections accordingly.
Take active participation and involvement from the beginning of the project, such that shot production is not hampered. Pro actively plan with other departmental leads to identify production issues, technical and creative bottlenecks and work towards accomplishment and completion of the project.
Actively participate and provide feedback to the pipeline and technology team on developing customized and artist friendly tools.
