• 2. Implemented offer/reward rules in dmn. Clients can give their required rules from UI, which will converted to DMN
• rule, once an end user makes a transaction in our clients platform (shopperstop or fly emirates), all the rules that are
• configured for the client will get triggered and the best offer would be activated and awarded for the end user.
• 3. Engineered a batch processing system to award loyalty points for user transactions, supporting daily and monthly
• cycles, this is big data handling where our clients provide a big file of all transactions that are made in a particular
• period.
• 4. Built an API service for business teams to configure and schedule batch processing, with automated reporting.
• 5. Enhanced database support by integrating Couchbase with existing DynamoDB, conducting extensive performance
• testing.
