About Me Hi, I’m Rishita Shaw. I have a background in Electrical Engineering and a strong interest in data science, backend systems, and AI. I currently work at Flipkart as a Backend Engineer in the Warehouse Assets Inventory team, where I focus on building scalable systems in Java to support logistics and operations. Before Flipkart, I was at ZS, where I worked on backend infrastructure for internal AI tools—helping teams make better, data-driven decisions through robust system design. Work Experience Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of roles that bridge data, product, and engineering. At ZS, I contributed to internal AI platform development. At Niwish, a fintech startup, I interned as a Product Manager, building Excel-based dashboards to support strategic decisions. As a Product Engineering Intern at OpenHouse, I worked on data integration systems. Earlier, at NIT Durgapur, I worked as a Research Assistant on IoT-focused academic projects.
