I’m a technologist driven by the belief that finance is entering an AI-native era—where autonomous agents reshape customer journeys, unstructured data becomes a rich source of intelligence, and financial experiences become deeply personalised. As the CTO of Fibe, I’m building this future today. My work spans enterprise AI platforms like LocalGPT, real-time fraud intelligence, agentic onboarding, and next-gen lending architecture—systems designed not just to automate, but to reimagine how financial services are delivered. With GenAI, we’re able to derive insights from unstructured data—documents, conversations, images—that were previously unusable, opening a new layer of intelligence for underwriting, fraud, and customer engagement. My career across global banks (RBS, Barclays, Deutsche Bank) and my book Building Blocks of Blockchain reflect a consistent theme: using deep technology to simplify, democratise, and elevate financial services. I enjoy working at the intersection of AI, systems thinking, and product innovation—designing platforms that are fast, intelligent, and built for scale.
