• Worked on MobikWik android app, Later created an lite weight app on react native.
• My role was here to build a team who will be working on react-native app, design the outlays, define the new designs, penning down the features,
• I was able to successfully complete the first MVP of the project in 6 months, with majority of the feature working similar to Native android app, In some cases, we were able to optimise the performance.
• Later worked on the project to extent react-native app to react-native-web, so that same piece of code would run across ios, android, windows, browsers.

• Scaled the internal infra and made the system efficient by increasing the turn-around of approval time by 300%.

• Communicated and coordinated with the operations system to come up with the what they need and not what they want, and optimised their ticket resolution time by 200%.
