• As a Senior Network Engineer, I played a key role in the organization by handling the installation and configuration of both hardware and software components. My responsibilities included identifying and rectifying network system faults, with a particular focus on Cisco WLCs, Infoblox, and the Service Now Tool. Daily, I executed administrative tasks, successfully resolved network issues, and collaborated with the network team to optimize internal network systems. I took charge of installing and maintaining network systems for clients, including the installation, and upgrading of antivirus software. My expertise extended to configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper devices, Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, and routers. I was dedicated to resolving service requests and incidents within the Service Now Tool, consistently meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA). I managed the technical network infrastructure for pan-India connectivity, implementing new devices and proactively addressing network problems. Additionally, I took the lead in setting up and monitoring local area networks (LANs), performing a range of tasks such as maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training to ensure that LAN performance met both company and user requirements.
