Hi, I'm an AI Researcher/Engineer, specializing in Post-Training(agents, evals, finetuning, etc…) tldr; raised 500k(founded a nonprofit) -> ASU research -> Textarena team -> MIT chem research -> MIT eng research -> MIT CSAIL research -> Wedge(yc s25) MTS -> MIT EAPS research -> MIT Neuro research -> Caltech research if you cant already tell, i really like ai like i REALLY like it but for real: Hey! I’m Romir(I would hope this is already apparent). I’ve done a ton of work with Machine Learning(built neural networks from scratch, trained xB models, worked on a kinda big eval project, and anything in between). If it’s AI, I’ve done it. My work now lies in training, eval, and such. In case this is too short for you, here are a few fun facts: •The first neural network I built outperformed what was considered the be the standard(which was in NeurIPS) •The longest time I’ve spent fixing a bug was 6 hours. It related to dependencies…of course. •One of the projects I’m a part of was recognized by Andrej Karpathy, amongst others. I've also "coded" for 36 hours straight. Unhealthy? Yes. Fun? Very.
